That the Tree Warden inspect the trees at 19 and 21 Hall Street and report to the Ward 5 Alderman on pruning them as they are entwined in cables from telephone poles, leaning on and stretching some of those cables, and leaning out over the street almost to the opposite sidewalk, presenting a potential danger of large limbs breaking off.
