That the Superintendent of Inspectional Services inspect the property at 17 Ashland Street and report to this Board on the condition of the property and advise this Board, together with the City Solicitor's Office, on whether the city can do anything to force the owner to fix the property, especially the holes through which animals seem to be entering, and whether the city should begin the process of having a receiver appointed for the property.
