That the Clerk of Committees notify NSTAR to appear before this Board’s Committee on Public Utilities and Public Works to explain in detail why NSTAR has been unresponsive to the city’s previous requests to repair and/or mitigate problems with their utility poles, located at 44 Vernon Street, which may have been a contributing factor of the 3 ½ hour power outage on Saturday, January 5, 2012.
