To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $3,000 from the Somerville Housing Authority to the Arts Council, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to support expenses associated with the Council's Mystic Mural program.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
