To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $405,000 from the Capital Building Improvements Account (0193058-582003) to the Facilities Construction & Renovation Stabilization Fund Upgrade Boiler Controls Account (791009-585075) to continue work on boilers at City Hall, the Department of Public Works, and the Public Safety building including modernizing controls and conversion to natural gas.
