To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $27,518 from Receipts Reserved for Appropriation -Parking Meter Receipts to Traffic and Parking, Credit Card Services, to implement the acceptance of credit card payments for Traffic and Parking transactions. 

The appropriation covers the cost of merchant fees and hardware.

My staff is available to your Honorable Board to explain this proposed appropriation.
