To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of one million, four hundred seventy three thousand, nine hundred eighty dollars ($1,473,980.00) from Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Parking Meter Receipts for the purpose of reducing the Fiscal Year 2011 tax levy.
