To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a donation from Tufts University in the amount of $75,000 under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 44, Section 53A.

Under the provisions of the Tufts University - City of Somerville Partnership Agreement 2014-2018, Tufts University donates $75,000 annually to the City of Somerville to be used for educational, cultural, or recreational purposes.
