To the Honorable Board:

I hereby appoint, subject to your Honorable Board's approval, Eleanor Rances as a member of the Somerville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners as the tenant commissioner. Mrs. Rances will fill a vacant position/a position formerly held by Mary McDonald.
