To the Honorable City Council:
The Director of Economic Development respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session, pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(6), to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, with the chair declaring that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the city’s negotiating position.
As the disposition of 90 Washington Street progresses, the Director of Economic Development would like to discuss strategic positions and timelines with the City Council for input on the process.
Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
