To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote the following resolution:

" Be it ordered, that the City of Somerville accepts the provisions of Chapter 44, Section 53F1/2 of the Massachusetts General Laws establishing the Dilboy Enterprise Fund for the purpose of maintaining and operating the Dilboy Stadium, Dilboy Field, and all recreational facilities contained in the Dilboy complex,.effective July 1, 2011".
