To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby convey in response to communication # 207633, the Council on Aging bus service is for the community of elders as a whole, these services are for trips, activities and community outings, not just for senior housing. The Council on Aging deploys buses by the amounts of elders that sign up for programming and/or activity. We welcome all elders in the community.
