Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $17,837,568 to fund the fiscal year 2013 Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget. The Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget is broken down into the attached appropriations in the categories of Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Special Items, Capital Outlay, and Debt Service. Revenue in the amount of $17,837,568 will be raised to fund the proposed budget.
