That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Parks and Open Space) provide this Board with the feasibility of creating "Friend of Parks" organizations for city parks to promote citizen participation in oversight, decisions and care of parks and in order to provide resources and support for the establishment and viability of such groups and support for groups already engaged in such activities.
