To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $139,096 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash")  to the Central Hill Parc Grant (Fund 470051). The grant was not able to be fully reimbursed because of project delays related to supply chain disruptions.

My staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
