To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the Fifth Amendment to the lease agreement with Dana Family Series, LLC, for the Grove Street parking lot through June 30, 2027. This lease agreement will allow for continued availability of parking to the public businesses in the Grove Street parking lot, Davis Square (behind McKinnon's).
Attached is the proposed lease agreement.
