ORDER 11. Order
(ID # 11732) By Ald. McLaughlin
That the Commissioner of Public Works address the clogged sewers along Cross Street.
RESOLUTION All of these sewers/catch basins on Cross Street have been cleaned.
ORDER 12. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the potholes on Lincoln Avenue.
RESOLUTION These have been repaired.
ORDER 14. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works place additional recycling bins along Broadway in East Somerville.
RESOLUTION They will be installed as soon as the order arrives at DPW.
ORDER 19. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works clean the I-93 underpass between Assembly Row and Stop and Shop.
RESOLUTION Will send a letter to MassDOT
ORDER 20. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the potholes and uneven sidewalks on Franklin Street, between Pearl Street and Broadway.
RESOLUTION Potholes have been repaired. Sidewalks will be addressed by the Highway Department.
ORDER 22. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works place a trash barrel in front of 165 Broadway.
RESOLUTION Barrels are expected to arrive mid-June and one will be placed at this location.
ORDER 25. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works clear the dead vines and foliage from the chain link fence surrounding Perry Park and move the trash barrels from the rear of the park to areas which are further away from residences.
RESOLUTION This has been completed.
ORDER 26. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works install bike racks on Somerville Avenue in the vicinity of 230 Somerville Avenue.
RESOLUTION This will be done by Friday, 5/29.
ORDER 28. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works trim the trees in Perry Park and evaluate the health of the 2 trees with no visible growth.
RESOLUTION The trees were trimmed. It is still early in the season and we must allow more time for blooming.
ORDER 32. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works and the Director of SPCD evaluate the safety of the playground equipment at Lincoln Park and inform the Ward 2 Alderman of any possible short term improvements.
RESOLUTION The park is presently safe and will be renovated by OSPCD.
ORDER 37. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works or the City Solicitor report to this Board on making the Albion Street sidewalk contractor repair the sidewalks there or refund the city, and that the Commissioner repair those sidewalks.
RESOLUTION This problem is being investigated by the Law Dept. with the assistance of DPW and legal avenues will be pursued.

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the sidewalk on the east side of the Central Street railroad bridge near Hoyt-Sullivan Park.
RESOLUTION This work will be done the first week in June.
ORDER 39. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works repair the sidewalk at 6-8 Madison Street.
RESOLUTION This has been completed.
ORDER 47. Order

That the Commissioner of Public Works check the health and safety of the large leaning blue spruce tree on Curtis Street at Powder House Blvd.
RESOLUTION The arborist will be here on 5/28 and will check this tree.
