That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development make the following changes to SomerVision 2040:
• change the Housing Number to "30% of housing stock affordable in perpetuity by 2040."
• for Housing, change goal to "20% of housing stock affordable in perpetuity, with a stretch goal of an additional 10% affordable"
• for Open Space change goal to "55 new acres of open space, with a stretch goal of an additional 50 new acres of open space."
• for the Housing section from "the share of households burdened by housing costs" to an indicator of the income integration of the community or schools, as the cost burdened metric is correlated with socio-economic status of population.
• add more refined goals to the Youth Section, and drop the goal "percentage of Somerville children attending public schools", as this metric is correlated with socio-economic status of population.
• indicate which goals in the Youth and Education "Goals and Take-aways" section came from the Somerville Learning 2030 process and which were added from the SomerVision process.
