To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Council, an appropriation in the amount of $372,490 to fund the Fiscal year 2023 Founders Ice Rink Enterprise Fund Budget. The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Debt Service, and Special Items Accounts. FY2022 Certified Retained Earnings in the amount of $372,490 will be appropriated to fund the proposed budget.
