That Eversource send a representative to a meeting of the Board of Aldermen’s Committee on Public Utilities and Public Works to explain the reasons for the repeated power outages in the area surrounding Assembly Row, including the Ten Hills neighborhood, and in other areas around the city, and to provide evidence that Eversource is making sufficient investments in equipment serving these areas to insure that it can provide adequate service to all customers.
