To the Honorable Board:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation, I respectfully request that your Honorable Board appropriate $73,000 from the Community Preservation Act Fund historic resources reserve to the Elizabeth Peabody House Association to replace the roof of their historically significant building. The appropriation will be allocated to the historic resources CPA category. Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the CPC.
