That the Somerville City Council hereby offers its support for Senate Bill 1184, An Act Relative to Proceeds from the Sale of Bonds, to give municipalities flexibility in the use of BAN premiums, and hereby instructs the City Clerk to forward this Resolution to the Senate President, the Speaker of the House, and the members of the State Delegation.
