CONDITION: That the business owner take all available steps to maintain cleanliness and snow removal, demonstrated through periodic inspections by the Inspectional Services Department.
CONDITION: That MacArthur Street is not used for parking or transporting vehicles.
CONDITION: That the license renewal in April is reviewed by the City Council for adherence to the stated conditions.
