The City Clerk respectfully requests that this Council consider acceptance of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 91, relating to the appointment and removal of constables, pursuant to Section 8(h) of Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2025, An Act Establishing a Charter for the City of Somerville.
