To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $218.00 to the SOMERSTAT Professional and Technical Services Account to fund the FY2012 Mystery Customer Program. This is a zero-sum request for funds that will be paid back into the city coffers via test service transactions,  thus resulting in no net cost to the City.

An explanatory letter from SOMERSTAT Director Tara Acker is attached.
