To the Honorable Board:

I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $205,000 to fund the Fiscal year 2018 Dilboy Field Enterprise Fund Budget. The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services and Ordinary Maintenance Accounts. Revenue in the amount of $205,000 will be raised to fund the proposed budget.
