To the Honorable Board:

Please find attached two separate proposals for the 2011 Preliminary Election.

One proposal is for the date of September 13, 2011 and the other is for the date of September 20, 2011.

I am respectfully requesting that you choose one of the attached Election Calendars in order for the Election Department to go forward with plans for the 2011 Elections.
