That the City Solicitor and the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Housing) develop, in consultation with this Board, a revised Condominium Conversion Ordinance that removes the illegal sections in the current, 30-year-old ordinance, and that provides the maximum protection allowed under law to prevent displacement of tenants or ease their transition.
