To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of five million, two hundred fifty three thousand, two hundred six dollars ($5,253,206) from Unreserved Fund Balance (“Free Cash”) for the purpose of reducing the Fiscal Year 2021 tax levy.
