To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby appoint, subject to the Honorable City Council's confirmation, Janine Lotti as a member of the Fair Housing Commission. Janine Lotti will fill a vacant position formerly held by Natasha Sierra. This vacancy is enumerated in Ordinance No, 2018-13, section 7-46, as being a "representative from the administration of the housing authority."
