To the Honorable Board

I respectufully request that your Honorable Board confirm the appointment of Peter McPhee to the Commission on Energy Use and Climate Change (CEUCC).   Mr. McPhee would fill the unexpired term of Ian Finlayson, who recently resigned from the commission.  This term extends through March 1, 2012.

I am attaching Mr. McPhee's letter of interest and resume for your consideration.
