To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board appropriate $360,000 from the Capital Stabilization fund for undertaking a comprehensive master planning effort for the remaining sixty acres of underdeveloped and under utilized space in the Assembly Square area.  Please see the accompanying memo for additional details.
