That the Director or Traffic and Parking: 1) review the timing of traffic lights at the intersection of Shore Drive and Mystic Avenue to improve the traffic flow, 2) also consider reinstating two lanes on Shore Drive to allow motorists to proceed in either direction when the traffic light changes and 3) consider all other traffic improvements at this intersection.
