To the Honorable Board:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation on March 4, 2015, I respectfully request that your Honorable Board appropriate $52,090 for the Friends of the Community Growing Center to complete in-process upgrade planning of the Community Growing Center using a regenerative systems design approach, complete construction documents, and carry out related experiential/educational events and activities to engage community in process. The appropriation will be allocated to the Open Space/Recreation CPA category and funded from the CPA Open Space/Recreation Reserve.
