To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant in the amount of $2,500 from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The funds will be used to ensure that our Mass Decontamination Unit (M.D.U.) will be deployed in the event of bioterrorism or other types of public health emergencies.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
