To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept an easement from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to accommodate a pedestrian bridge over the Green Line to connect the Innerbelt development with the Brickbottom development and for the operation and maintenance of the same in conjunction with the developer parties, NRL WSC 200 INNER BELT PROP, LLC, and INNERBELT II QOZB LP. Said easement rights also to include the right of the public to access the Temporary At-Grade connection referenced in the easement.
