To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council consider and approve the East Somerville Police Substation Lease for the Lower Broadway Police Substation at 79-83 Broadway.  The space consists of 760 square feet of office space consisting of five (5) rooms plus two bathrooms, and approximately 300 square feet of basement storage space.  The term will be one year, commencing July 1, 2022 terminating June 30, 2023.  The rent will be $2,000.00 per month for a total of $24,000.00 per year.
