To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council vote to transfer $308,485.12 from the OSPCD Transportation and Infrastructure special items account to the Capital Stabilization Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. These funds will be used for continued operations of the GLX shuttle service. The funds for this service were originally approved under order #207087 in the General Fund.
