To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the MillBrook Stabilization Fund and accept ($47,770), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B. This mitigation payment will be used for sidewalk installation and improvements in accordance with ZBA decision 2013-89 condition #19.
