That the Administration accept and provide a response to the Board of Aldermen by its January 10, 2019 meeting regarding issues raised in the attached petition of Foss Park stakeholders, who have requested a schematic community design process during winter months of at least three meetings and full accounting of the plan for financing and management of the facility.
