That the Director of Capital Projects present to this Board, no later than January 22, 2015, a comprehensive, updated, five and 10-year plan for future use, development and sale of City buildings with the best projections possible at this time, describing which departments (including the Somerville Public Schools) might be housed in which buildings, which buildings might be redeveloped, and which might be sold.
