Requesting approval of an MBTA Shared Use Path Easement in Assembly Square.

Dear Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that you approve an MBTA Shared Use Path Easement.  This Easement is granted by the MBTA to the City for a small portion of land that belongs to the MBTA but is located on the IKEA side of the fence that runs between the Right of Way and the IKEA property.  The Easement runs to the City because the path will be a public pathway.  

A copy of the Shared Use Path Easement is attached.  Anne Thomas will be available to respond to any

questions you may have.
