That the Commissioner of Public Works replace the public recycling bins at the following locations: Bailey Park (Lowell & Belmont St), Senator Corbett Park (Prospect Hill Playground), Walnut Street and Highland Avenue (in front of the Central Library), as well as any locations in Ward 3 where recycling bins were recently removed.
