That this Council urges the State Board of Building Regulations and Standards to issue an official interpretation regarding the classification and treatment of Short-Term Rentals under the State Building Code, as requested by the City of Somerville Inspectional Services Department pursuant to G. L. c. 143, section 94 (e); AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the City's state delegation.
