To the Honorable Board:

Attached you will find a draft Ordinance that would amend Article VII of Chapter 11 of the Code of Ordinances.

Also attached is a copy of the draft policy for new connections to and modifications to existing connections to the municipal sewer and drain system, stormwater management and infiltration/inflow mitigation.

These documents are being submitted in response to Agenda Item #204586.
