That the Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development provide a copy of the final agreement between FRIT and the City of Somerville pertaining to the final disposition of Yard 21; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the Director inform this Board as to whether any covenants from that disposition agreement or any other agreement between the City and IKEA and or the City and Federal Realty apply to any future purchasers of the IKEA site at Assembly Square.
