To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the creation of the Tufts Street Soil Project Stabilization Fund and accept $332,497 from the Unifirst Corporation for the Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. This Fund will be used for remediation expenses related to the clean up and soil disposal at 50 Tufts Street as part of the Tufts Street Resurfacing Project.
