The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $3,500,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Law Department Judgments and Settlements Account  (0199052-576000), for the purpose of settling pending eminent domain litigation involving 191 Highland Avenue/The Armory (Joseph A. Sater, Trustee of Highland Armory Realty Trust v. City of Somerville, Middlesex Superior Court, No. 2181CV03261).
