To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #210204 for BBB's design services on the Building Master Plan project. The contract will be extended by 36 months with a new expiration date of 1/1/2026. The Time extension will be use to continue design and construction administration services on various projects currently planned and underway as part of the Building Master Plan.
