Dear Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I am requesting an appropriation of $287,000 from the Water Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings for the purchase of equipment and vehicles.

The Water Department is seeking to purchase the necessary equipment and vehicles listed on the attached table, many of which are far beyond their useful life cycle.
